Project 4x4 will be a jumpstart toward our vision of stewarding our campus properties in a way that provides for years of ministry into the future.
Youth Impact is a discipleship ministry, dedicated to reaching kids 1st-12th grade in Bryan and College Station. Our Thursday after-school program is a platform for volunteers to meet kids and their families and eventually develop discipleship relationships. Our goal is to partner with parents of under-resourced youth to aid in developing their students into followers of Christ who will be the leaders of our community. Each year, we have 100-120 college-age volunteers who connect to 200-250 students weekly. We also understand that our volunteers are being shaped by the families and experiences of the ministry, therefore we take great care to supplement their efforts through bible study and training.

Effective discipleship of the students starts with effective discipleship and training of our volunteers. On Sunday nights and one retreat weekend each semester we take time to walk through scripture and various topics to best equip and support our volunteers for ministry.
Every Thursday we facilitate five after-school programs for under-resourced youth in the Bryan College Station areas at various locations around town. This weekly program is called "Mission" and is the platform that allows our volunteers to meet students, present the gospel and develop discipleship relationships. Registration will go live on July 1.
Summer Work Program is a 7 week job readiness program that strives to build healthy and biblical attitudes toward work that will allow Youth Impact students from the after-school program to excel and move toward more permanent employment and careers. Students attend weekly group meetings and work with a coach to accomplish personal, professional, and employment goals.
Students who are already registered in our after-school program and have completed the 4th - 12th grade and are 10-17 years old have the chance to go to a week-long summer camp at Stoney Creek Ranch. This camp experience challenges students to get outside of their comfort zone, both physically and in their faith. This year we are going to session #6 July 20-24. Spots are limited so sign up fast!
