What is our Mission?
Club 56 is a ministry designed to specifically and intentionally meet the needs of 5th and 6th graders. We provide an environment where students can LOVE God and others, GROW in their faith, SERVE God and others, and SHARE the love and truth of God. They will learn how their relationship with Christ affects how they live and make decisions.
What does Club 56 Look like?
On Sunday morning, during the 9:15 service, Club 56 functions like a "mini" youth group at both campuses. We have “hang out”, large group, and small group time. There are snacks, crafts, 4-square, praise & worship, skits, Bible teaching, and awesome volunteer leaders that help the students dig deeper into the lesson, connect with each other, and share prayer requests.
Are there events?
Club 56 serves as a forerunner in preparing the students for Youth Group. We have several opportunities for service and fellowship throughout year: Gooey Games, Country Fair, Bonfire, and Spring Retreat. Small group leaders may schedule additional activities with their groups as well.
On a Personal Note…
My desire is that you, the parent, are the “go to” person in your child’s life. I am here to compliment you by building relationships, loving, encouraging, and instructing them through Club 56, but I want you to be the steady support that they lean on as they navigate the turbulent waters of daily life. If you have not made that kind of connection with your child, it’s not too late, and now is the time! Please see me as your advocate. I will do everything I can to resource, equip, and partner with you as you pass the Christian faith on to the next generation in your home. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, feedback, or ideas that you might have.
Excited to be serving by your side,
