I will be getting married in May so I am looking for someone to sublease my room preferably from May-August since I will be getting married in May but I would work it out for January-August if need be. So I am looking for a great spiritual gal to take over my lease! It is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house on Chalet between Southwest and Holleman. You'll be getting the biggest bedroom! And a nice spacious closet :) Super cute and nice! Has new stainless steel appliances. Super close to two bus routes! Rent is $325 per person plus bills which are usually about $80 so approximately $400 a month for everything! I need a sub-leaser until August when our lease is up!
