Howdy, I am searching for two females to share a 4bedroom 2 bathroom house starting in August 2018! There is a bedroom with a private bath available for $475 a month and a bedroom that shares a bath with 2 others available for $400 a month! Utilities very from $60- 100 each month. Its a very nice and modern home with a big garage and backyard. There will be a very sweet black lab mix living there, and since she has a leg injury she must be the only pet. Please contact me at 469-826-3838 if you are interested! Thanks, Alexandria Butler
Hi I’m Brandy Lewis I’m looking for someone to relet my apartment. It is off campus at the woodlands in a 3 bed room/3 bathroom townhouse. This is a lease for the fall and spring semester. Rent is $610 plus electricity (the electricity bill is split among 3 people). They have a washer/dryer and a kitchen in the house. In the apartment complex they have a fitness center, pool, virtual trainer, and security. It is near the Aggie bus stop, not far from campus, and is in a quiet neighborhood. I am looking for someone to take over my contract so I can live somewhere else. Please contact me if you can help me out. Email: email@example.com, Phone number: 972-415-6804
Hello! I recently graduated A&M and am working in college station as a medical scribe during my gap year before PA school. Because I’ve last minute decided to stay in college station I’m needing to find an apartment/house/ or even family to live with. It would be ideal if it was not a full year contract because my plans are still a little uncertain but if the rent is in the $300-$400 range I could manage. Please let me know if you have anything that would fit this description or if you would like to join me in my search for something in this price range.
Fun Facts: i like staying active and playing frisbee, going on runs, staying up late, and random road trip adventures. Having a relationship with my roommate is also important to me. So hit me up if you’re interested! Hannah Pickett, 832-454-6394, firstname.lastname@example.org
I've loved living here for the past six years, but my job is moving me to Dallas after this summer. It's located in Cripple Creek, on bus route 22, and is only a couple minutes from HEB. Within the apartment complex, there is a pool and tennis court. The kitchen was renovated 5 years ago and flooring was replaced this past year. It's also located a short walk from wolf pen creek and oaks park (which has a frisbee golf course). Rent is $800 and my average utility bill has been about $100.

Howdy! My name is Caroliina, and I am looking for a female roommate starting this July or August 2018. I'm also looking to move somewhere that's near a TAMU bus stop and under $400. I actually have a few 2-bed options in mind already, but I'd want to agree with a roommate before signing. I'm open to other options as well, but the location and rent price are the most important factors. I am really clean and practical, I don't have any pets, and I don't mind sharing a bathroom. If you are interested in being roommates or know someone who might be, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org! Thanks!
