HOWDY! My name is James and I am a 56 year old commuting PhD Entomology student who is only in town about three days (two nights) per week. I sleep in the living room with my scope and bugs. My apartment mate Serge is a PhD Physics student. We are looking for a quiet third male roommate to occupy a private room in our two-story 2 bedroom apartment. The 408 1st Street No. 2 (Boyette Property; managed by Online Real Estate) is only two blocks from the Texas A&M Campus in Northgate. We will split the $595/month rent three ways to $198.33/month per person. The utilities run about $150/month and gas is $30/month, for a total of $180 which we split three ways to about $60/month per person. This makes for a great price of only $258/month rent and utilities/gas per person. For this kind of low price, you will need to sign on with us on our one year lease, which started on January 1, 2018 (we will reduce January rent by $100 for two weeks from Jan 1 until move in date). My name is Hunter Harms and I am going to Study Abroad in London for the Spring. I am searching for a male sublease to fill my spot. I live at 406 A Poplar street. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, nightstand and desk. The house will have 3 other roommates as well. All kitchen, living room and appliances are provided. Washer and dryer are also included. TV and Internet are included in the rent, however electricity is separate. There is a balcony and backyard as well. The house is a 5 minute walk to the route 12 bus stop on Lincoln. It is the first stop coming back from campus, so it is super convenient. It takes me about 14 minutes to get onto campus by bus and is a 20 minute walk to the Administration building.

My name is Carolyn Howell. I am about to head off to graduate school at UMHB in Belton, so I really need to find someone to cover my lease before classes start on January 8, 2018
My house is located off of Southwest Parkway close to HWY 6 and Dartmouth. There are 2 bus stops within walking distance of my house.
It does not matter the gender of those who want to cover my lease either by her/himself or with another person as the roommate.
IN IMMEDIATE NEED for someone to cover my lease of my 2 bed/1bath one story duplex starting January 1, 2018 (or sooner if possible) through July 31, 2018. I have attached a picture of the floor plan and it is worth your time to look into. It is $800/month for rent and about $120 for utilities. And it is on Route 26 to campus. It has 2 fenced yards (one in front of the 2 car driveway, one that surrounds the back porch) so it is very pet friendly. The other bedroom has a sliding door so I could let my dog out with no problems. It has its own washer/dryer. Utilities are not counted in the rent, but mowing is. Each bedroom is approx 120 sq ft. The master bath has a medicine closet across from the sink and the bathtub area has 2 doors so you don't have to disturb each other. The living room is very spacious so multiple pieces of furniture can be there. I tried to get the floor plan as accurate in size as possible. Outside the sliding glass door in the dining room is a patio.
