This verse captures Trey’s heart for spiritual multiplication and reflects his desire for an authentic, life-on-life ministry.

Trey graduated from Texas A&M in 2001 with a Computer Engineering degree. Wrestling with possibilities for the future, Trey participated in the college ministry’s internship program under Brian Fisher after graduation. The internship confirmed Trey’s gifting in ministry and developed within him a unique burden for college students and a passion for the local church.

In May 2002 after his internship, Trey married his best friend in college, Marci Holland. Marci possesses an unparalleled capacity to love, an ability to encourage deeply, and a passionate zeal for those who do not know the Lord. She fits as the perfect complement and partner in ministry to Trey.

Upon getting married in May 2002, Trey and Marci spent the next 3 years in Dallas as Trey obtained a Masters of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary before eventually heading overseas together to East Asia in August 2005. The next 2 years spent in East Asia were some of the most challenging and fulfilling in marriage and ministry while working amongst college students and young professionals. Trey and Marci were able to start a new ministry amongst college graduates, help plant a church, and even see leadership raised up who replaced them as they left.

After returning from East Asia, Trey accepted his current position as Assistant College Pastor. With the opportunity to work amongst Texas A&M students and focus on small groups and missions, Trey could not be more excited to be in his current position.
