Brad Evans regularly meets with the leaders of the thirteen Drawing In and Equipping Ministries he pastors, finding his fulfillment in seeing others unleashed for Kingdom work using their gifts. His primary role is to shepherd these lay leaders and help them be effective in their areas of responsibility. Three things that Brad enjoys in ministry include:

• Raising up people in their giftedness
• Moving individuals toward personal maturity in Christ
• Seeing teams being built to accomplish goals and missions.

Brad's personal passion is seeing the Church transformed into the radiant bride of Christ. He met his own bride, Susan, while they were both serving on staff with Campus Crusade at Louisiana Tech, they married in 1987. Born and raised in Carthage, Missouri, Brad attended the University of Arkansas and earned his degree in Agricultural Mechanization and a Business minor. Brad completed his Master of Theology degree at Dallas Seminary and has previously served as an Outreach Pastor in the Dallas area and as Senior Pastor for a newly planted church in West Monroe, Louisiana. Brad and Susan have two children, Rachel and Andrew.

Susan grew up in San Antonio, Texas and attended Southwest Texas State University graduating with a degree in Home Economics. She enjoys spending time with their children, teaching water aerobics, and being a part of GBC Family Ministry.

The main desire on Brad's heart is unity. He longs to see the families of GBC built up and becoming more effective in ministry to the college students at our church. Success in ministry depends totally on unity with Christ and dependence on the Holy Spirit to guide, direct and empower both the personal life of each individual and the ministry in which he or she is involved. Brad is excited to see the synergy being produced as all the various ministry teams work together to accomplish more than they can individually, working toward fulfilling our church's mission of "Raising Up Next Generation Leaders to Reach Our World for Christ."
